Tailored Virtual Incentives Made Easy
The LMH team had the pleasure of partnering with Lumen to create a unique and memorable virtual event series for their teams. Amy Regnier from Lumen faced a challenge: she wanted to reward multiple teams who had exceeded their quarterly sales goals, but internally, lacked the resources to handle the planning and execution of such a large-scale incentive program. That’s where LMH stepped in.
We worked closely with Amy and the Lumen team to design the Lumen Holiday Hustle, a virtual event series that spanned over six weeks. Each leader was able to choose from a curated list of activities tailored to their team's interests and needs. From interactive experiences like Night of Illusions to team challenges such as LEGO Master and Explore the Great Outdoors, the event options were as diverse as they were engaging.
Our goal was to make the process as seamless as possible for Lumen, offering them a hands-off experience while we handled every detail—from setting up custom event pages to managing logistics. We even ensured that every participant received a thoughtful gift, so they truly felt valued.
Throughout the process, communication was key. We made sure to stay in close contact with the Lumen team, offering creative solutions and adjusting plans as needed. The results spoke for themselves: both the leadership and participants were thrilled with the events. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with Lumen's stakeholders particularly impressed by how smooth the entire series ran.
What set this experience apart wasn’t just the events themselves but our ability to tailor the program to Lumen's unique needs. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we designed a solution that was flexible, creative, and fully aligned with their objectives.
