For a recent wine tasting, LMH elevated the experience with a Halloween-inspired twist. Noticing the event fell on the last Thursday of October, Jen from LMH curated a luxury wine and chocolate pairing, blending seasonal spirit with sophistication—without the usual Halloween clichés.

Halloween Wine Tasting Virtual Event — LMH partnered with Sandra Zotti to source the perfect wines, including a bold Ghost Block Zinfandel, which tied into the spooky theme with a backstory about its vineyard being set in a cemetery.

Tracy Siclair, Senior Field Marketing Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), faced a challenge managing numerous event requests with limited resources. Partnering with influencer and best-selling author Tori Dunlap, the SoFi brand team brought the Financial Feminist book tour to life in three major cities: Los Angeles, New York City, and Atlanta. Each event featured a fireside chat, open mingling, and a book signing for 100-150 attendees, all executed on a tight turnaround during the busy holiday season.

Attendees were welcomed with a beer + wine cocktail hour including heavy appetizers. Then they were able to hear Tori Dunlap, author of Financial Feminist, speak in a fireside chat for around 1 hour. The second hour of the event was open mingling and a book signing with the author!

Our goal was to make the process as seamless as possible for Lumen, offering them a hands-off experience while we handled every detail - from setting up custom event pages to managing logistics. We even ensured that every participant received a thoughtful gift, so they truly felt valued.

Clear communication was key throughout the process. We collaborated closely with the Lumen team, providing creative solutions and seamless execution. The result? Thrilled participants, smooth logistics, and overwhelmingly positive feedback. What made this series stand out was our ability to tailor each event to Lumen’s unique needs—offering a flexible, customized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

HPE wanted to create a unique and interactive experience that would allow their guests to enjoy some fresh air, stay active, and network in a more personal setting. We selected a day of golf at the scenic Elbow Springs Golf Course to check all of these boxes! Guests were treated to a delicious breakfast to start the day before heading out for an 18-hole round of golf, where they had the chance to enjoy stunning views while engaging in relaxed, yet competitive, conversations.

The event perfectly balanced business and leisure, allowing guests to network and build relationships while enjoying the course. The day wrapped up with a delicious lunch, providing more time for connection and reflection.
